All good! Every weekly call is recored and uploaded in our membership portal the next day. There's always wisdom to take away even if you can't make a call. You can submit questions in advance that I can address even if you're not present on the call.

No. Let me say that again for those in the back, no! The membership is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. If you do have to cancel, you will be lovingly removed from our portal, monthly emails and Facebook group once your membership has finished.
Yes! The majority of my recipes are gluten and dairy free, and if not, I provide you with the right information to make any adjustments. Every seasonal meal plan will contain an omnivore and vegan option.
