My Favourite Berry Smoothie

This is my very favourite smoothie. I’ve had it pretty much every morning as my breakfast for about the last 6 years. It’s definitely changed over the years, but the recipe below is my 2022 version. What I like about this is that it’s easy to change it up by swapping the berries (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – oh my!), or the chia seeds for hemp, pumpkin or sunflower. Even changing up the flavour or type of protein powder can make a huge difference too.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder of choice
- Optional: 1 tsp honey
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to blender, and blend!
