I'm Jade!

My interest in nutrition didn’t begin with a green smoothie.

It began with the realisation that small, evidence-based changes can create big results.

After completing my Bachelor of Health Science, I spent years working one-on-one in clinic. What became obvious very quickly was this:
Most people aren’t lacking motivation.
They’re overwhelmed.

There’s too much information. Too many trends. Too many conflicting opinions online.

The problem isn’t motivation.
It’s too much noise.

Some form of exercise, my morning coffee and drinking the same smoothie for the last 6 years.

Reading books, walking my dogs, making snacks for my kids, and making MORE snacks for my kids.

Honesty, strong coffee, short emails, routines, and Nutrition advice that's backed by scientific evidence only.

I BELIEVE IN:

That’s intentional. Because most people don’t need another list of superfoods. They need simple decisions they can repeat.

I teach people how to anchor their nutrition around the fundamentals, so they can stop second-guessing every meal, every supplement, every trend.

Whether I’m speaking to a room of 200 or working more closely with a team, the goal is the same: make nutrition simple.

Today, I design and deliver workshops and keynotes built around one core idea:
nutrition should feel doable.

Not aspirational. Not extreme. Not like a second full-time job.

I work with organisations and professional networks who are tired of surface-level wellness advice and want something more grounded, practical, evidence-based guidance that focuses on what actually moves the needle.
