Yes, after every education topic in the weekly calls we will spend the rest of the time working through each group members barriers or issues they're facing that week. You also get email support from me at any time throughout the program for extra 1:1 guidance.

We will cover all the basics to build your own meals + weekly plan; energy intake, protein, plate guide, drinks, habits, snacking, long-term habits.

Will this focus on a specific diet e.g. keto?

No, as most of these are not sustainable. You'll learn the fundamentals and you call the shots!
