All calls will be recorded and uploaded to a member portal that you have access to.

Yes, after every education topic in the weekly calls we will spend the rest of the time working through each group members barriers or issues they're facing that week. You also get email support from me at any time throughout the program for extra 1:1 guidance.

What topics and areas will be covered during the coaching sessions?

We will cover all the basics to build your own meals + weekly plan; energy intake, protein, plate guide, drinks, habits, snacking, long-term habits.

Will this focus on a specific diet e.g. keto?

No, as most of these are not sustainable. You'll learn the fundamentals and you call the shots!

Is there a specific diet or meal plan that participants need to follow?

No, I will be empowering you to make choices and we will work through what will best work for you.

Who will be leading the sessions and what are their qualifications?

Hi, it's me! I have a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional & Dietetic Medicine.
