Not only do we cover valuable information, but we also provide dedicated Q&A time to address any questions or concerns you may have. As your weight loss coach, I also focus on individualised coaching, where I work closely with each member to identify and overcome any barriers that may be hindering your progress.

When it comes to addressing weight loss, rest assured that I rely solely on evidence-based information and the latest research. I make it a priority to stay up-to-date with scientific studies and guidelines to provide you with the most accurate and effective strategies that have been proven to work for sustainable weight loss.

Extra 1:1 Support from Your Weight Loss Coach

You will get 1:1 support from me during the weight loss program through the weekly calls and over email. Losing weight can be difficult, and it is important to have people who support you along the way. This weight loss program will provide you with the support you need to succeed. If you’re located in Perth, you also have the option to drop in for free body composition analysis at any time throughout the program!

Accountability

You will learn from others who are going through the same thing. Sharing your experiences with others who are struggling with weight loss can be incredibly helpful. You will be able to learn from their experiences and gain valuable insights into how to overcome your own challenges.
